Ask whether we process your data, obtain a copy and learn the purposes, recipients, retention and source. The first copy is normally free.
Correction, deletion and restriction
Correct inaccurate data, complete missing data, request deletion where no legal basis remains, or temporarily restrict processing. Legal records and defence of claims may limit deletion.
Portability, objection and consent
For automated data based on consent or contract, request a machine-readable export. Object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent at any time.
How to request
Write from the account email to the privacy contact and name the right. We may proportionately verify identity without seeking excessive documents. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any justified extension.
Complaint and human review
You may complain to the authority where you live, work or believe a breach occurred. For a significant solely automated decision, request human review, state your view and contest the outcome.
